  • Yes! Naturopathic physicians are able to act as your Primary Care Physician, or as a specialist within each clinician’s unique clinical focus.

  • As of January 2024, we are no longer submitting claims for insurance. All payments will be due at the time-of-service. Please contact Reception for further information on our 2024 changes. 509-755-5100 option 1.

  • New Patients: New Patient appointments will cost $325.

    Follow-Up Appointments: Follow Up appointments range between $115-$230. All payments will be due at the time-of-service.

    Depending on out-of-network Naturopathic coverage, superbills for self-claim submissions will be provided within 48-hours of your visit.

    Please note that all appointment fees are dependent on time and complexity, documented by the provider.

  • Evergreen Naturopathic offers a 10% discount to those who are retired or active duty Military or those who qualify for Medicare.

    We also offer a financial hardship discount for qualifying individuals. Please contact our Practice Manager for further information. 509-755-5100 option 4.

  • No. All appointments are coded the same whether they are an in-person, Zoom appointment, or a phone call visit. Please note that some insurance plans do not charge a copay for telemedicine appointments, so please contact your insurance regarding your specific plan details.

  • Please contact your pharmacy to fax us a refill request for the medication(s) that you need. Please note that requests for new medications not previously discussed with your doctor do require an appointment. Please reach out to our Reception staff to schedule an appointment with your provider.
